Team

Not a corporate roster. A working crew. Family-run, licensed in-state, long-tenure trades, with a specialty bench we bring in when scope demands it.

Adams Industries is designed deliberately small. Design, management, and skilled trades under one roof. Everyone on the job meets Louisiana licensing and insurance requirements for their role. The owner is reachable on the number at the top of every page. Here’s how the crew is organized.

Ownership

Principal

The name on the truck and the name on the paperwork. Twenty-plus years running projects across Louisiana, from design through the final walk-through. The principal is who you get on the phone — not a regional manager four time zones away.

Field leadership

Project Supervisors

Licensed contractors who run the site day to day. Schedule, safety, code compliance — they own it. Same supervisors from assessment through final inspection, so nobody loses the thread.

Trades

Long-Tenure Subs

Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, finish work. A roster we've worked with for years — we know the quality, we know when they can fit a job in, and we know when to hand work off to somebody else.

Back office

Coordination

Permits submitted on time. Inspections scheduled without a week of lag. Insurance paperwork handled. Materials on site when the schedule calls for them. The less visible half of the job — which is also the half that saves projects.

Emergency

Storm Response Crew

A crew set up to mobilize in hours, not days, when the Gulf sends something. Stabilization, documentation, insurance-ready reporting. We stage ahead of landfall when forecasts allow.

Bench

Specialty Partners

When a project calls for marine specialty, heavy industrial coordination, or a niche trade, we bring in partners we've vetted. They report to our supervisor, not to you — you still have one point of accountability: us.

What This Means for You

You have one point of contact — us — and we own the job from the first site walk through the warranty window. That's the whole value of having design, management, and labor under one roof. No finger-pointing between trades. No scope that belongs to "not us."

  • Licensed and insured. Every trade on site meets Louisiana requirements, and we'll hand you the certificates before you sign anything.
  • Long-tenure. Twenty-plus years of the same owner running projects. Subs we've been working with for most of that.
  • Responsive. We're set up for storm response — which means we're set up for phone calls.
  • Accountable. BBB A+. Direct contact with the principal. Written estimates. References on request.

Talk to a Principal

Projects start with a conversation — not a form. Call and the principal picks up.
