Whether you want a fully custom home or a clear, well-built family home from a plan you already like, we build it to your lot and your budget — not to a catalog. Every house is engineered to the parish flood elevation and the Gulf wind load from the start, never retrofitted to them later. Demo and Rebuild
Tear-down rebuilds in established Livingston, Baton Rouge, and Northshore neighborhoods. We take the storm-tired or aging house down to the slab and put up new construction that respects the existing setbacks, the parish historic guidance, and today’s flood code. We work in writing with the parish from day one.
Master-Planned Community Work
We know how architectural review boards and HOA design committees actually run. We arrive with the submittal package complete, not learning the rules in front of you.
Built for Louisiana Code
Flood elevation certificates, V-zone load paths, parish floodplain administration, and Gulf wind-load detailing are not add-ons here — they are the starting point. Years of post-storm rebuilding taught us which sill plate gets eaten, which shear wall keeps a roof on, and what each parish’s inspectors actually look for. That knowledge is inside every new home we build.
