The same family-owned shop that builds our custom homes runs your remodel, so the trim, the cabinetry, and the corners match the standard we’d hold on a ground-up build.
What We Remodel
Kitchens and Baths
The two rooms that pay you back. Custom cabinetry and millwork from our own shop in cypress, white oak, and local hardwoods. We handle the plumbing and electrical rework, the tile, and the finish — and we keep the rest of your house livable while we do it.
Whole-Home Renovations
Older homes across Baton Rouge, Livingston, and the Northshore that need more than a refresh — layout changes, systems, finishes, the works. We sequence the work so you know what’s happening when, and we document every stage if an insurer or a lender is involved.
Additions
More square footage that looks like it was always there. We match the roofline, the elevation, and the architectural language of the existing home, and we build the addition to current parish flood and wind code even when the original house predates it.
Raised-Floor and Older-Home Work
South Louisiana has a lot of raised cottages, pier-and-beam homes, and houses built before today’s flood maps. We know how to renovate them without fighting the way they were built — sill plates, shear, drainage, and elevation handled with the experience that comes from years of post-storm rehab.
